Note: This experience is not recommended for individuals with mobility challenges, including those with walking difficulties, back and knee issues, as well as pregnant guests.
If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.
This is not a private tour; other participants will be joining. Private option is available
Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.
Participants are kindly requested to stay with the guide and follow their instructions.

Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our responsibility, refund requests will not be accepted.
Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the experience), will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
The experience will start on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
